Here is an email I sent to the Amazon.com vendor "Right Bookss." I ordered a DVD a month ago, and have so far only received excuses from him. He said: 1) the wrong book was sent, 2) he lost his job recently, and 3) there's an ice storm. My credit card was charged on January 8th.
Here's my message:
You have an excuse for everything. I am tired of your nonsense. I want my DVD and a refund.
Companies much larger than yours have tried to rip me off. They have been unsuccessful, and you will be, too.
Please send a refund and the Shakespeare biography DVD to my address. I don't care if you're halfway to Mexico with the profits from your Amazon scam. I just want the DVD and a refund so that you can undo the wrongs you have done me and your other customers.

Likewise, I ordered a book from him a month ago and have only gotten the ice storm excuse from him 2 times.
Amazon refunded my money, and I have not heard from "right bookss" since then.
